How we handle your information

Ponni Delta is developed by Natesan Housing (P) Limited, North Kallanai Road, Srirangam, Trichy – 620 005. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or send us an enquiry, and how we use it. Last updated 16 October 2026.

What we collect

Enquiries you send us: your name, phone number or email, message, and any site-visit date and time you choose, from the enquiry form on this website or from a Ponni Delta lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

How you found us: the advertising campaign, ad or search keyword that brought you to the site (for example from Google or Meta ads), and Google's or Meta's click identifier.

Website visits: pages viewed, device type, browser, language, screen size, approximate location (country, region, city) and a random visitor ID stored in your browser. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Contact clicks: when you tap to call, WhatsApp, email us or open the map.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, share plans and availability, and arrange site visits or calls.

To understand which pages and advertisements help people find homes at Ponni Delta, and to improve them.

To measure our Google and Meta advertising, including whether an ad led to an enquiry.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website and our advertising: Google (Firebase hosting and database, Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms and ads) and our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our sales team. They process the information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and your choices

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. Advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, our own visit tracking also stops and the visitor ID stored in your browser is removed. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch with you about a home at Ponni Delta, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. Visit data is kept for analysis of the website and our campaigns.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@natesanhousing.com or call +91 95856 20006, and we will respond promptly.
